Do you declare that you are pregnant travel insurance?
I am 17 weeks pregnant and going on vacation next week – when I booked the holiday the agent (trying to sell travel insurance), said: "Oh, you're pregnant" because it was important. What it was expensive insurance to find more cheap online when I realized that there is no space to say that I am pregnant at the time of booking online – do? Do I have to declare?
Probably policy depends on the policy – Does your TSE yet? This is the replacement of an E111 form which entitles them to treatment in another EU country. I think I said that the NHS will pay in your country or something I do not know! I hope the best policies to be declared, but you might want to just read through all the small characters who want to find. Your EHIC should cover for routine maternity care while you are away. However, if you go to an EEA country or Switzerland, in particular, to have your baby, you need an E112 form – see "non-urgent treatment" for more information. Do not know if will be in time to get through if! EDIT: It tells you what you get Spain, covering the canaries http://www.dh.gov.uk/en/Policyandguidance/Healthadvicefortravellers/Gettingtreatmentaroundtheworld/EEAandSwitzerland/EEAandSwitzerlandbycountry/DH_4114717 xx
