What is the best Insurance Company to work?
I am looking for a career in insurance, but not sure that it is good to work for or whether I should go for auto or Life Insurance. Is self work better then life? which we do traing or have a free training class? Thank you
This is a very broad question! Depends on what your interest is and how you want make your "career". I worked for the company and as an agent. I learned both because they are similar, but different. If you have both, you're well rounded. I set my sights on a career in direct sales with a writer or "captive" If ins co I were you. As State Farm, Allstate American Family etc for beginners. They send you to school for a month and gives you territory. You also need to be licensed in all lines. (Life and damages). Its good experience. You will learn the company and how to sell common. remain there for 5-10 year olds, then look around for more than a niche career in insurance as an independent representing the different markets. Not one. Until then, you know this area of expertise that you like and you can go to town!
