
Cold Calling for Life Insurance?
I work for an Insurance Company and it became my part of my position to call customers existing to provide quotes for life insurance products. I do not sell life insurance myself I need to try to fix an appointment. I have a lot of training in sales and cold calling and are currently working automatic writing / home / agricultural policies, but I do not know how to approach life. I need a good way to call and ask customers to enter and speak with one of our agents on writing the life of a new political life. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Just out of curiosity because it is obvious some of our customers are in the same situation as you and not interested in life insurance, we also offer RRSP products too. Do you it would be wise to call and offer both? I realize that I can not get a serious answer here, but I have your honest opinion. Thank you again!
Make sure you ask a yes or no questions to engage them, then a compelling reason that they need to respond to the officer whether to say yes or no. I do not call cold, but when I meet someone new, I would whether they have life insurance. Just because they do or do not does not mean that I can help the least.
